The Economic Will Provide Services By Means Of Transport, Which Meet All Aim For The Transport Of Children And Adolescents Contained In The Applicable Law. Vehicles Must Have Seating Places For All Transported Children And Adolescents Must Be Fully Functional And Should Have, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Appropriate Marking Of The Vehicle For Transporting Children And Adolescents. Vehicles Performing The Service Must Have Liability Insurance And Nw And Ak-Tree Technical Inspection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Trained And Qualified Staff In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Guaranteeing The Performance Of Services With Due Diligence. The Contractor, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Is Obliged To Secure The Relevant Buses With Drivers, Schedule Of Transporting Children And Young People,  Providing Proper Care During The Performance Of Services-Persons Responsible For Comprehensive Care For Children And Young People During Transport (Autobus Drivers Cannot Care For Children And Young People At The Same Time),  Delivery Of Monthly Tickets For Transported Children And Adolescents. Contractors Submitting Offers Are Obliged To Familiarize With The Relevant Provisions Of Pra-Wa, Acts And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which In Any Way May Influence Or Refer To Actions Taken In Connection With The Tender And In The Following Signing Of The Contract. Contractors Are Responsible For Careful Acquaintance With Swz Together With Its Attachments, All Changes To Swz Prepared During The Tender Period And For Using Reliable Information Regarding Individual Conditions And Obligations, Which May In Any Way Affect The Sum Or The Essence Of The Offer Or The Performance Of Services.
