Specific Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Estimated Number Of Kilometers Of Students In The School Year 2025/2026 Is: 49,000 Km. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Provided By The Following Means Of Transport, Meeting The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure: • Minimum 1 (One) Bus With Min. 63 Seating Places • Minimum 2 (Two) Buses, Each Of Which Has A Min. 57 Seats • Minimum 1 (One) Reserve Bus, With Min. 40 Seating Places3. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Provided By Means Of Transport Adapted, In Accordance With The Law, To Transport Students. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Those Transported With Appropriate Safety And Hygiene Conditions And Comfort Of Driving In Accordance With The Law. Each Of The Vehicles Used To Provide The Service Must Be In Good Technical Condition, Ensuring Correct In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Provisions And Secure Performance Of The Contract, Must Have Current Technical Examinations Determined By The Relevant Legal Provisions And Current Liability Insurance Of The Vehicle And Nnw. Contractor Drivers Are Obliged To Have Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Qualifications To Drive This Type Of Vehicle. 4. A Bus Used To Transport Children Must Be Adapted To Transport Them In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law.
