(11 Months). The Organization Of The School Year Is Regulated In The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 11 August 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws 2023 Item 1211) Additional Days Off For Students Will Be Made For The Contractor. 3.4.2. The Estimated Amount Of Hot Single -Course Meals Prepared And Supplied In The Form Of A Second Course Per Day Is: Dinner For Students Of The Primary School In Podedwórz - 60 Pcs. Lunch For Students Of The Local Government Kindergarten In Podedwórz - 33 Pcs. Breakfast For Students Of The Local Government Kindergarten In Podedwórz - 33 Pcs. 3.4.3. The Amount Of Meals Given Above Is Estimated And May Change During The Contract - According To The Quantity. Information On The Number Of Meals On A Given Day Will Be Provided By The Contractor In Electronic (E-Mail) Or Telephone By The Director Of The Educational Institutions Complex In Podedwórz Or The Person Authorized By Him At The Latest By 8.00 On The Day Of The Service. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Contact Details Of The Person Authorized To Contacts With The Employer And Director Of The Educational Institutions Complex In Podedwórz. Due To The Reduction Of The Number Of Meals Issued, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim Against The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Guarantees The Invariability Of The Price Of Issued Dinners Throughout The Contract Period. 3.4.4. In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: Preparing Meals That Meet The Requirements For A Given Age Group, Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On The Groups Of Foods Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In The Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That The Foods Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents Must Meet In These Units (Journal Of Laws Item 1154) Preparing Good Quality Meals From Fresh Raw Materials, The Highest Quality Of Proper Weight And Volume, As Well As An Appropriate Energy And Nutritional Level. The Meal Should Be Met By Polish Nutritional Standards Suitable For The Age Of A Person Authorized To A Meal (For Children And Adolescents) In The Field Of Supplying Caloric Units.
