1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground In Dębno On Plot No. 2612.2. The Task Includes: Earthworks And Preparatory Works, Safe Surface, Pavement Pavement, Square Equipment: Weight Swing, Triple Swing With A Slide, Delivery And Assembly Of The Bench With Backrest, Delivery And Assembly Of The Stand For Bicycles - Single -Free Delivery And Assembly Of The Trash Bin, Installation Of The Information Board, External Fence With A Gate And Gate, Shaping Green Areas. 3. The Contracting Authority Provides For A Minimum Scope Of Task Implementation Of 80%.4 The Project Does Not Plan To Build Any Degrees Or Other Barriers, Thanks To Which The Entire Designed Area Is Available For People In Wheelchairs. The Playground Will Be Equipped With An Information And Navigation System That Will Support Access To People With Hearing, Sight And Other Disabilities. 5 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Following Documents: 1) Annex 9 To Swz: Project Documentation, 2) Annex 10 To Swz: Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) Annex 11 To Swz: Controlle Of Creation. 6. Equivalent Solutions: In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Attachments Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. When Analyzing Technical Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act Used In The Technical Documentation Is Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent. All Criteria And Features Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Set Minimal Standards That Must Be Met By The Offered Product Or Service. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them By Materials And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Materials And Devices Is Responsible For Checking The Possibility Of Their Use In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Every Respect (Including E.G. Properties, Dimensions, Weight, Manner Of Transport And Assembly). The Experience Who Cites Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 7.
