[1] The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Performing Repairs Of Power Generators. All Aggregates Are Located At The Military Airport At: 32.Blt In Łask, Gucin 58A, 98-113 Buczek. [2] The Subject Of The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Homogeneous Nature Of The Work, The Material Scope And The Location Of The Service. [3] The Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical And Movement Documentation Of The Devices. [4] A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (I.E. Scope Of Work, Technical Information, Requirements For Parameters And Properties Of Materials Used To Perform Works, Etc.) Contains A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 6 To Swz. [5] The Repair Of Individual Devices Consists In The Replacement Of Broken / Defective Spare Parts / Parts And Restoring The Efficiency Device Depending On The Nature Of The Defects. The Parts Used By The Contractor Must Be New And Compatible With Those Recommended By The Manufacturer Of A Given Device Or Installation. The Contractor Will Provide The Documents Held Regarding New Parts Along With Instructions And Warranty Cards. All Provided Documents Should Be Prepared In Polish. [6] Repairs Should Be Made At The Place Of Installation Of The Devices, And In The Event Of The Inability To Repair On Site And The Need To Deliver Equipment To The Service Point, The Cost Of Delivering Damaged Equipment To And From The Service Point Cover The Contractor. [7] The Contractor Is Obliged In The Presence Of The Contracting Representative To Start And Check The Correctness Of The Repaired Element, Which Must Be Confirmed By The Employer With A Signature On The Repair Report. [8] The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer All Approvals, Certificates Or Qualification Certificates (Together With Instructions For Use, If Required) For Installed Devices. [9] Parts And Components Listed During Repairs (Incorrect) That Were Removed During The Repair Will Be Provided With The Contractor Protocol. For The Waste Arising During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor As Their Manufacturer, Bears Full Responsibility For Their Development, In Accordance With The Provisions Set Out In The Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54) And The Waste Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) Together With Executive Acts. [10] All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Order Should Be Calculated In The Price Of The Offer. The Contracting Authority Does Not Incur Any Additional Fees. The Settlement Of The Receivable Will Take Place After All Works (One -Off Payment). [11] The Minimum Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract.
