The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into The Following 8 Parts: 1) Part 1: Delivery Of Sports Clothing And Footwear; 3. The Detailed Quantitative Specification Is Specified In: 1) Annex 1A To Swz - Regarding Part 1. This Attachment Is Also A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Offer Price Form For The Offer Price. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Goods At Unit Prices Given In The Forms Of The Offer Price Calculation Referred To In Para. 3.5. The Goods Referred To In Para. 2 May Not Show Signs Of Use And Damage. 6. The Goods Referred To In Para. 2 Will Be Delivered In The Original Factory Packaging. The Packaging Is To Enable Full Identification Of The Goods, Including In Particular Quantity, Type, Parameters, Without Having To Violate The Packaging7. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Are An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 4 To Swz). 8. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Products Correspond To The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make - In The Formula Price Calculation (Annex 1A To Swz) - A Description Of Each Offered Assortment Offered For Detailed Identification By Determining: 1) Of The Manufacturer (Col. 11) And 2) Markings Or Symbol Or Model Of The Offered Assortment (Col. 12).
