Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Project Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Task Called: Improving Traffic Safety On Poviat Roads
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Task Called: Improving Traffic Safety On Poviat Roads. 2. Part I Includes Two Tasks: 1) Task A: Lighting Signaling Project Aroused At A Pedestrian Crossing Along The Poviat Road Number 5023 S (Street Of The National Army) In Pszów. 2) Task B: The Traffic Lights Of The Traffic Lights Aroused At The Pedestrian Crossing Along The Poviat Road Number 5037 S (Street Of Powstańców Śląskich) In Łaziska. The Documentation, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Is To Be Attached To The Applications For The Application Of Construction Works Or The Issuing Of A Building Permit In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law If The Task Is Required. It Is Also The Contractors Obligation To Prepare A Request For Construction Works Or An Application For A Building Permit And Completing All Required Attachments To Them. 4. The Order Also Includes The Authors Supervision During Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Project Documentation Being The Subject Of This Contract. 5. At The Written Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Update Investor Cost Estimates Within 3 Years From The Date Of The Final Receipt Of The Project Documentation (A Maximum Of Double Update Is Expected). The Contractor Should Update The Cost Estimate Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt To His Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority. 6. The Order Includes The Contractor Making All Necessary Corrections Or Supplementations Of The Project Documentation Until The Works Are Obtained (Confirming The Lack Of Objection) Or The Final And Final Building Permit. The Maximum Time For Which The Contractor Is To Ensure Possible Corrections Or Additions Is 2 Years From The Date Of Preparation Of The Final Acceptance Of The Project Documentation. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Grant A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 36 Months, In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In § 9 Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement For Each Part - Annex 2 And No. 3 To Section Ii Swz.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement Is Included In Department Ii Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
