12 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 5 To Swz. The Contractor Will Process The Order In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Attachments To Swz. 3 The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The So -Called Refurbished. The Offered Devices May Not Come From The Exhibition Or Exhibition, They Must Be Complete, Along With The Cables Needed For Operation, With Appropriate Software, Have Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. 4. The Order Is Intended For The Use Of Natural Persons, Therefore, In Accordance With Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer, When Preparing A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Took Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People. 7. The Concept Of Delivery Should Always Be Understood: The Purchase/Sale Of A Complete Product, Packaging, Loading, Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Subject Of The Contract To The Indicated Place At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Which Will Be Designated On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The Łysomice Commune Office (Address Ul. Warszawska 8, 87-148 Łysomice), During The Contracting Authority. Attention!!! In The Event That The Contractor Or Entity Providing A Courier Or Delivery Service For The Contractor Or Another Of A Similar Nature Ordered To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party, He Will Not Perform Unloading And/Or Lodging On His Own, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To: Refuse To Accept The Delivery Due To The Contractor, Then Charge Him With Contractual Penalties And Withdraw From The Contract With The Contractor. Courier Service Or Delivery Or Another Similar Nature Ordered To Deliver Laptops To The Employer For Unloading And/Or Submit From The Employer Payment For These Activities, Then The Contracting Authority Has The Right: Refuse To Accept The Delivery Due To The Contractor, Charge Him With Contractual Penalties And Withdraw From The Contract Due To The Contractor. 8. The Contractor Will Incur All Delivery Costs Referred To Above.
