1. Only Contractors With The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Activities Or Activities Of Their Organized Units Who Will Perform The Contract, Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized Persons, Referred To In Art. 94 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Minimum Percentage Employment Rate Of Persons Belonging To One Or More Categories Referred To In Art. 94 Para. Pzp Act, In A Dimension Not Less Than 30%.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Production And Issuing To Students Of A Two -Course School Meal In 2 Schools And A Three -Part Meal In Kindergarten And Kindergarten Department (Breakfast, Two -Course Dinner, Afternoon Tea) In The Municipality Of Miłki, In The 2025/2026 School Year In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Applicable Regulations And In Particular In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On The Safety Of Food And Nutrition (Journal Of Laws From 2023, Item Nutrition And Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. 3. Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition, Prepared From Full -Fledged Products With Current Expiration Terms, Varied, Easily Digestible And Attractive In Terms Of Organoleptic. Meals Must Have A Nutritional And Energy Value In Accordance With The Requirements And Norms Of Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Eliminate Processed Products And The Use Of Natural, Valuable Food Products. 5. The School Meal Consists Of Two Dishes: I - Soup And Ii Dishes With Compote. The Second Dish, In The Case Of A Meat Set, Consists Of Meat, Potatoes, Groats, Rice Or Pasta And Salad. 6. The Kindergarten Meal Consists Of Three Parts • Breakfast • Lunch - Consists Of Two Dishes: I - Soups And Ii Dishes With Compote • Afternoon Tea7. Lunches Must Be Made Of Appropriate Raw Materials - Previously Unprocessed Meat, Fresh Vegetables And Fruits (Seasonally - In Winter, The Use Of Vegetable And Fruit Frozen Foods Is Allowed). 8. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Preparing Dishes And Drinks Based On Dried. 9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Repetition Of The Same Type Of Meal Within Two Weeks. As Part Of The 2Nd Denmark, The Menu Should Include, Among Others: Meat Meals: Chicken Thigh, Ground Cutlet (Neck, Chicken Fillet, Turkey, Ham B/K), Chop (Pork, Chicken Fillet, Turkey Fillet), Stew (Ham B/K, Neck B/K, Shoulder Blade B/K, Turkey Fillet, Chicken), 2 Semi -Meals Meatless Meals - Flour, 2 Meals - Fish (Fillet) .10. It Is Not Allowed To Serve Meals Prepared In The Fastfood Formula. 11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Use Of Products Such As: Ready Sauces, Powdered Potatoes (Puree), Frozen Dumplings, Other Instant Products In The Nutrition Process. 12. To Prepare Meals, Use High Quality Products And Always Fresh, With Current Expiration Terms, Acquired In Sources Operating In Accordance With Applicable Sanitary And Hygiene Regulations. 13. Soups Must Be Cooked On Mea
