1) The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Four -Time Review Of Ventilation Units, B) Four -Time Review Of The Precision Air Conditioning System, C) Two -Time Cleaning Of The Mechanical Ventilation System With Anemostates And Exhaust Ventilation From The Toilet With Toilet With Anestytes: - In The School Part, In The Archive, D) Eight Times Replacement Of Filters In Ventilation Centrals, E) Double Replacement Of Water Filters, F) Maintenance In Full Efficiency During The Period Of The Air Conditioning And Ventilation System Agreement, G) Performing Emergency Repairs Of The Air Conditioning And Ventilation System Depending On Their Occurrence. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Presenting The Contracting Authority Of Planned Reviews; B) Signing Reports From Reviews By The Contractor, Referred To In Point V. 1. 3) Lit. A) -B) Swz; C) Maintaining In Full Efficiency Of The Ventilation And Air Conditioning System (Equipment And Installations) In The Building Of The Poznań City Hall Through The Entire Duration Of The Contract; D) Of The Reaction To The Application (§6 (3) Of The Draft Contract) By Sending A Service Group To The Place Of Failure In The Time Intervals Specified In §6 Para. 1 Of The Draft Contract; E) In The Event Of A Refrigeration Leak As A Result Of The Unsealing Of The Device, The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up A Protocol Containing The Information Necessary To Prepare The Reports Required By Law, Which Are Forwarded To The Competent Authorities; F) To Clean The Rooms And Corridors That Have Been Contaminated In Connection With The Service.
