Chramcówki Together With The Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of The Senior + Club In Zakopane, As Part Of The Implementation Of Investment Task No. 2025/07 Modernization Of Rooms At Primary School No. 5 At Chramcówki Street For The Needs Of The Senior Plus Club .2 .2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Technical Documentation, A Template For Construction Works And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 3. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation If In The Technical Documentation Or Stwiorb, I.E. In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, A Reference Was Made To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Or Equivalent Expression, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Balance Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Equivalent Devices And Materials Offered Must Have Appropriate Approvals Or Admission To Business Market Required By Law. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Presented Project. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A 36-Month Warranty For Completed Construction Works Covered By The Contract. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up A Material And Financial Schedule For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Contract Template.
