1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation Of Reconstruction Along With The Extension And Equipment Of The Building Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Serock And Land Development With Elements Of Technical Infrastructure On Plot No. 55/3 Of The Area At Ul. Apolonius And Antoni Kędzierski 2 In Serock In Order To Improve The Functionality Of The Object And Adapt To The Currently Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, Fire-Fighting And In The Field Of Occupational Safety And Hygiene, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Permits, Permits, Opinions, Arrangements And Design Solutions, As Well As All Valid Administrative Decisions, Including Building Permits Or Application For Construction Works Arising From This Existing Legal Provisions For The Investment Task In Question. 2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
