Part 1 Of The Order:- The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Passenger Car With A Gasoline Engine (Without A Hybrid), A Minimum 4-Door Body, In The Form Of Operational Leasing For The Office Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences. The Car Must Be Brand New, From The Production Of 2024 Or The Current Production Of 2025, Operational Leasing With Redemption. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3A To Swz And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5A To Swz.3. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland (Rp). The Employer Undertakes To Collect The Subject Of The Contract At Its Own Cost From The Place Indicated By The Contractor Or The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Ul.
