1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of All-Day Nutrition Services For Children And Adolescents Staying At The Special Educational Center No. 2 In Kalisz. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Number Of Pupils Covered By The Order: Approx. 60 People And During The Contract May Change. 2) In The Period Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Issue Of Around:- Breakfasts: 5000- Second Breakfasts: 11500,- Dinners: 12000-Tea: 9500,- Dinner: 3500. Ordering Party With The Existing Way Of Using The Pupils Of The Food. The Actual Number Of Ordered Meals May Differ From The Above Predictions Due To Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, Therefore The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. 3) The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Number Of Pupils And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Accordance With The List Provided By The Ordering Party. If The Number Of Meals Is Real, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. 4) Meals Will Be Delivered To The Special Educational Center No. 2 In Kalisz At Ul. Augustine Kordecki 19, 62-800 Kalisz.5) The Contractor Will Prepare 5 Full Meals For Children And Adolescents Daily, Taking Into Account The Basic Ingredients And High-Quality Food Products, Used In Nutrition, In Accordance With The Reported Diet, Maintaining Requirements And Epidemiological In The Field Of Personal Personnel Of The Performer, Conditions For Preparing Meals And Giving Children, And It Will Be He Followed The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On Groups Of Foods Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That The Foods Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents Must Meet In These Units. 6) Meals Will Be Issued On School Days, Including Christmas Breaks, Holidays And Sickness Absence Of The Student.
