1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of A Factory New Passenger Crane (Elevator) In The Existing Glass In The Building Of The Independent Public Municipal Health Care Institution In Bochnia.2) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Dismantling And Utilization Of The Existing Crane, B) Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of A New Passenger Crane With A Lifting Of 630Kg, C) Performing Necessary Construction Works - Deploying Door Openings After Installing New Doors Using Stainless Steel, D) Getting Disabled To The Needs Of People In Accordance With The Act Of On July 19, 2019, On Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs, E) A Positive Technical Acceptance Of The Crane Device By The Office Of Technical Inspection, F) Coordinating The Relevant Receiving Procedures Of The Office Of Technical Inspection With The Necessary Documents Transferred To The Employer, G) Launch, Testing And Programming The Elevator According To The Ordering Party.
