The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Carry Out Quantitative Shifts Between Individual Recipients/Warehouses Constituting The Place Of Delivery While Maintaining The Following Conditions: 1) Shifts Result From The Needs Of Recipients, Which Could Not Be Foreseen At The Time Of Conclusion Of The Contract And Will Be Made On The Basis Of Unit Prices Contained In Annex 1A To Swz; 2) Shift Will Not Cause: A) Exceeding The Maximum Gross Value, B) Reduction Of The Total Value, B) Orders To A Level Less Than 50 % Of The Gross Value Of The Contract. 3) The Employer Guarantees Placing Orders For Any Assortment Item At A Level Of Not Less Than 20 % Of The Amount Of Assortment Item.
