1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Mediation Services To The Employer When Selling Automotive Events. The Order Will Consist Of, Among Others On Acquiring New Orders From Clients Already In The Employers Database, As Well As Acquiring New Clients For The Employer, I.E. Clients Using Training Activities And Activities In The Organization Of Events Using The Employers Infrastructure, In Particular The Sports And Training Track And The Training Track Run By The Ordering Party Located In Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki (Tor Modlin). The Scope Of Customer Acquisition Will Also Include Acquiring Existing Customers, I.E. Those Who Have Already Used The Services Of The Ordering Party Or Those Who Have Already Been Presented The Offer Of The Ordering Party But Did Not Use His Offer.
