Tenders Are Invited For Retrofitting Playgrounds In The Inowrocław Commune

The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With The Assembly Of Play And Recreational Equipment To Retrofit Place In The Inowrocław Commune. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Play Equipment, 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, 3) Delivery And Installation Of The Depreciation, 4) Preparatory And Finishing Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Supply Of Factory New Play And Recreational Equipment, 2) Performing Necessary Preparatory Work, 3) Assembly Of Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Principles Arising From The Provisions Of Bhpi Safety Standards, In The Event Of The Need To Make Foundations For The Equipment, The Contractor Provides Their Implementation On Their Own, 4) Ordering The Area After Completion Of Works, Possible Waste (E.G. Sand). Cost, 5) Granting A Guarantee For Supplied And Installed Elements, 6) Making A Safe Zone For Installed Devices In Accordance With Pn-En 1177. All Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Pn-En 1176 Or Equivalent. The Devices Must Be Made Of Materials Resistant To Weather Conditions. The Structural Elements Of The Devices Must Be Made Of Galvanized Steel, Anti -Corrosion And Powder -Coated, In Colors Resistant To Uv Rays And Atmospheric Conditions. This Requirement Aims To Ensure Durability, Corrosion Resistance And Long -Term Safety Of Use In Public Space. All Devices Must Be Intended For Public Use, Have Appropriate Certificates And Be In Line With Polish Standards And Security Conditions Specified In The Regulations On General Product Safety. The Contractor Should Provide In Particular: • Information Identifying The Manufacturer (Or Importer); • Technical Documentation (Information About The Design Of The Device, Its Dimensions, Materials Used, Paints And Varnishes, Recommended Spare Parts, Assembly Method); • User Manual (Containing, Among Others, Data On Safe Distances, Between Devices, Control And Conservation Rules))) Pn-En 1176 Standards, Pn-En 1177 Or Equivalent. • According To Pn-En 1176-7 Or Equivalent, It Is Recommended To Perform The So-Called Control Of The Playground (After Completing The Construction Of A New Playground Or After Making Significant Modifications In The Equipment Or Surface). Before Receiving The Devices, The Order Should Be Given To The Contracting Authority: • User Manual And Maintenance Of Built Devices; • Instructions For Use Of All Built Devices; • Certificate Of Use Of The Abovementioned Playground. Due To The Different Locations Of Devices, The Supply And Installation Schedule Of Devices Will Be Determined By The Selected Contractor After Signing The Contract. If In Swz And Any Other Tender Documentation, The Employer Indicated Parameters, Trademarks, Source, Origin Indicating A Specific Manufacturer, Such Indications Are Only A Technical And Qualitative Or Functional Pattern, And This Does Not
