The Order Was Divided Into 8 Parts: Part 1 - Swimming Equipment3. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or Several Parts, But The Offer Must Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Given Part. 4. Name/Y And Code/Y Of The Common Order Dictionary: (Cpv): 37412300-2: Equipment And Accessories For Surfing And Swimming 5. The Contracting Authority Presented In Annex 1 To Swz Minimal Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract That Would Meet The Assumed Technical, Quality, Functional And Utilitarian Requirements. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With A Material Scope Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Grant A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Materials Provided For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
