Multi-Dwelling Buildings Construction Work-Concession Relating To Work, To Lexploitation And Lantretience-Maintenance Collective De-Habitation Dimations To The Personals Of The Ministry Of Justice In Fleury-Mérogis And Savigny-Sur-Orge (91). The Subject Of This Consultation Aims To Appoint The Future Concessionaire In Charge Of The Following Missions, The Detail Of Which Will Be Communicated Within The Consultation File Sent To The Candidates Admitted To Submit An Offer. The Future Concessionaire Will Ensure, At Its Own Risk And Under The Conditions Provided For In The Contract: • Programming, Design, Construction Including After Deconstruction If Necessary Housing; • Rental Management Of Housing; • The Exploitation-Maintance, Including The Large Maintenance-Renewal (Ger) Of The Accommodation; • Funding For The Concession.
