The Offered Batteries Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex 3A To Swz. Failure To Meet Even One Of The Requirements Will Reject The Offer. 3. The Contractor By Submitting A Completed Assortment And Price Form Together With The Offer (Annex 3B To Swz) Confirms That The Offered Assortment Meets The Abovementioned The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Referred To In Point 2. 4.
