The Award Of The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Contract For The Provision Of Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Pee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices And Payment Of All Used By The Contracting Authority As The End Customer, Namely: Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Liability For Balancing.
