Part A: Realization Through A) Apply Flow -Through Construction In The Eastern Island; B) Remove Bridges Over The East And West Lock; C) Application Bridges Over The East And West Lock; D) Returning The Slow Traffic Connection And The Ground Level. Part B: Restoration A) Restoration Locks; A Raw Specifications Section Has Been Drawn Up For Part A, While For Part B A Stabu Cutlery Part Has Been Drawn Up. General The Current Locks Of Halfweg Were Built In 16Th Century (Westsluis Was Built In 1558, Middelluis 1583 And Oostsluis 1566). After The Construction Of Boezemgegaal Halfweg, The Function Of The Steam Pumping Station Was Halfway And The Locks No Longer Have A Water Management Function. The Lock Complex Has A Monumental Status, Which Means That Demolition Is Not Possible. The Current Lock Openings Are A Bottleneck In The Water Supply To The Bosom Pumping Station Halfweg (Current Decay Locks Approx. 6 Cm. Instead Of Desired 1 Cm.) And The Widening Of The Transit Profile Together With The Work For Cosmetic Renovation Of The Locks Forms Part Of A Large Project. Due To The Delay In The Implementation Of This Project, A Higher Risk For The Existence Of The Function Arises For The Existing Objects. The Bosom Pumping Station Halfweg Has Been In Use For Over 40 Years, But In Terms Of Business Operations, This Situation Is Not Optimal. With Prolonged Use Of The Bosom Pumping Station, The Filling Point Of The Jacks Is Reached And Rijnland Is Forced To Turn Them Off. The Part Between The Monumental (Municipal) Lock Complex Halfweg And The Bosom Pumping Station Acts As A Kind Of Bathtub, Which Means That The Jacks Run With Less Efficiency When Reaching The Filling Point. If In The Course Of This Century (21St) Even More Bosomation Capacity Is Required, Then This Obstacle Will Increase. By Increasing The Transit Profile Over The (Former) Lock Complex In Halfweg, Constant Supply Of Bosom Water From The Ringvaart Is Guaranteed, So That The Jacks Can Drain The Required 33.3 M3/S. In The Preparation Of This Work, Bouwteam Rijnland Went Through The First Phase Of A Construction Team Together With A Contractor. However, This Did Not Lead To The Realization The Work By This Contractor. The Cutlery Is Currently Being Adjusted In A Few Parts.
