Tenders are invited for Renovation of Washrooms for Medical and Surgical Wards (09, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17) at District General Hospital Trincomalee 2025 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director, District General Hospital, Trincomalee from 29.06.2025 until 12.07.2025 from 9:00hrs to 15:00 brs upon payment of a non-refundablc fee of Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred (Rs. 6,500/-). 6. Pre-Bid Meeting will be on 08.07.2025 at 11 a.m. in Mini Auditorium of the DGH. Trincomalee. 7. Sealed completely filled bid in duplicate should be submitted in separate covers mentioning original and duplicate having inserted both covers in one cover with the name of the bid written on the top of the left-hand corner of the envelope containing the original and duplicate should either be sent by registered post or placed in the tender box kept in the Accountants Office to be received before 10.30 a.m. on 14.07.2025. Bids will be opened soon after the closing time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who has been chosen by their company to attend. 08. All bid documents should be filled completely in English and late bids will be returned unopened. 09. Bids shall be valid for a period of 77 Days from the last date fixed for receiving of Bids or any extended period. 10.
