As Part Of The States Digitization Strategy, The Lfv Has Initiated Two Projects. In The Sense Of A Platform Solution, The Wildlife Portal And The Forest Portal Bw Create The Prerequisites For The Digital Networking Of Citizens With The Hunting And Forest Authorities. The Portals Serve As An Information Platform For Interested Citizens And Form The Basis For The Development And Provision Of Digital Administrative Services, E.G. From The Area Of The Online Access Law (Ozg) Or Support Procedures. Both Portals Largely Build On Royalty -Free Software Products And Consist Of A Web Portal And Several Corresponding Apps, Each Communicating Via A Common Backend. The Goals Defined In It Are To Be Achieved In The Coming Years. The Basis For This Forms A Number Of Measures That Must Be Processed In A Sensible Order. The Intended And Technological Realignment Of The It Structures Of The State Forestry Administration Are Intended. Different Consulting Services Are Required To Further Develop And Advance These Projects. The Currently Existing Contractual Relationship Ends On September 06, 2025. Since The Projects Have Not Yet Been Completed, A New Award In This Area Is Required. The Specialist Department Responsible For Digitization Of The Lfv Intends To Complete The Existing Agreement Without Gaps. This New Framework Agreement Should Be Of 01.09.2025 To December 31, 2027. From The Time Of The Performance On September 1St, 2025, There Is A Temporal Overlap With The Existing Contractual Relationship. This Period Serves A Regulated Handover. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Again For The Further Contract Period, On The Basis Of Which Services In The Form Of Individual Orders Are Assigned To The Contractual Partner Within The Term. The Services Are Only To Be Provided By An Contractor. The Contractual Terms Specified In The Course Of This Tender Apply To The Provision Of Services And Fulfillment After Individual Commission. Optionally, The Framework Agreement From The Client Can Be Extended Twice By 12 Months Each. The Lfv Is Looking For A Service Provider Who Focuses On The Further Development Of The Bw And Waldportal Bw Wildlife Portal And Continuously Under The Implementation Of The Lfv It Strategy
