Viral Hepatitis A (Hepatitis) (Inactivated) For Use In Adults In An Amount Of 1,310 Doses. 2. When Choosing The Best Offer, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Purchase Of Medicinal Products, But Not More Than 20% Of The Total Subject Of The Contract In The Event Of Exceeding The Amount Allocated To The Execution Of The Order Or The Creation Of Objective And Justified Needs, In Particular Changes In The Demand Among Patients. 3. The Order Must Be Processed In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz And Ppu. Ii. In Question: 2.1. Pursuant To Art. 105 And Art. 106 Of The Pzp Act. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Supplies With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers Or Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Requests From The Contractors To Provide The Following Documents: A Valid, Current Permit To Marry A Medicinal Product In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Issued By The President Of The Office An Important, Current Permit For The Marketing Of A Medicinal Product Issued By The European Union Council Or The European Commission, 2.2. Pursuant To Art. 107 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above -Mentioned Evidence Together With The Offer And He Should Be Careful So That These Documents Are Complete And Contain All The Necessary Information Enabling The Contracting Authority To Verify Them In Terms Of Regularity. 2.3. Permission To Trade The Medicinal Product Must Be Valid And Valid As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers. 2.4. The Composition Of The Preparation And Packaging Must Comply With The Content Of The Documents Referred To In Point 2.1. 2.5. In The Event That The Validity Of The Document Expires, The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party Together With The Documents Referred To In Point 2.1, An Additional Document Declaring The Application For The Release Of The Validity Of The Permit To Trade In The Medicinal Product Or In The Event Of Its Obtaining Valid Permission To Trade The Medicinal Product. 2.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Employer About The Transfer Of The Responsible Entity To Another Entity And Obligations, Resulting From The Permission To Trade In The Medicinal Product. 2.7. Above Documents Must Have A Validity Period Covering The Entire Period Of Order Processing. 2.8. The Documents Referred To Above Are Submitted In The Manner Provided For In The Provisions Issued On The Basis Of Art. 70 Of The Pzp.
