The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Divide The Public Contract Into Individual Parts. In Accordance With Section 35 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contract Is Divided Into The Following 5 Parts: 1) Part 1: Complement Of Infrastructure 2) Part 2: Detection, Collection And Evaluation Of Cyber Security Events 3) Part 3: Two -Factor User Verification 4) Part 4: Eps - Fire -Fighting System 5) Part 5: Penetration Test And Supervision Of Implementation Of Measures Part 1 And 2 Orders Are Currently Entered. Therefore, In This Tender Procedure, The Participant May Submit An Offer For Part 1 Or 2 Contracts Or Both Parts. Within Each Part Of The Contract, The Participant Must Always Be Offered A Complete Fulfillment Of The Part Of The Contract In Accordance With The Terms Of This Tender Documentation. If The “This Contract” Is Stated In The Tender Documentation, The Contracting Authority Always Means Part 1, 2 Contracts, Unless Otherwise Stated. Part 5) Penetration Test And Supervision Of Implementation Of Measures The Aim Of The Contracting Authority Is To Check The Functionality Of Technical Measures And Overall Network Safety Using A Penetration Test. Its Design Is Not Part Of This Contract. The Test Will Be Carried Out As A Check Of The Functionality Of Established Technical Measures Before Completing The Implementation Of The Entire System. In The Case Of Testing Of Serious Errors, The Supplier Is Obliged To Eliminate Errors Before The Final Acceptance Of The Work. The Supplier Who Becomes The Winner Of This Public Contract In Any Part (1 Or 2 Or 3 Or 4; Some Or All Together) Shall Not Fulfill (Must Not Participate As A Supplier Or Subcontractor) Part 5) Of The Contract, As The Subject Of This Part 5) Is Independent External Verification Of The Status And Functionality Of The Remaining Parts Of The Contract.
