Framework Agreement For Strategic Counseling, Subject Material, Research And Analysis Services In The Area Of Ict/ Digitization . The Description Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement From A Supplier-Independent Partner In Order To Access Strategic Counseling, Professional Material, Research And Analysis Services In The Area Of Ict/Digitalisation, Examinable Strategy, Sourcing, Management, Portfolio Control, Business Architecture, Organization And Cost-Leveling. The Agreement Shall Include: Include Member -Based Services And Independent And Objective Analyzes Of Technology In Addition To Patented Research Process. Knowledge Should Be Made Available Through Access To Professional And Industry Experts Both Nationally And Internationally, As Well As Access To Analysts/Advisors, Publications, Seminars And Conferences. The Agreement Will Also Include A Web Portal Containing Research And Market Analyzes In The Ict/Digitization Area. For The Assignment, A Framework Agreement Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Framework Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 2 Years, With An Option To Extend With The Same Conditions With 1+1 Year, So That A Total Duration Will Be 4 Years. Estimated Annual Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 3,500,000 Excl. Vat. To Nok 6,000,000 Excl. Vat. The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Nok 30,000,000 Excl. Vat. The Agreement Is Not Exclusive. Customers Have A Right, But No Obligation, To Allocate Contracts On This Framework Agreement. Customers Are Not Obliged To Buy A Specific Volume During The Framework Agreement Period.
