Tenders are invited for Construction of Six Storied DIG Office Building with Six Storied Foundation with Ancillary Works (Including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification, UGWR, Deep Tube-well, Boundary Wall, Compound Drain, Approach Road And Site Development Work) One at Tangail Under the Project of Establishment of 13 DIG Offices Building and Strengthening the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (2nd Revised) Eligibility of Tenderer: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works. b) Tenderer must possess Up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up to date trade license, Up to date Special Class/ Class one (Combined) license, ABC license and Electric Supervisory License. c) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum specific experience in construction of RCC Building in a single contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology, with an amount of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Crore only in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.In case of JV experience will be calculated according to their share percentage d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Crore only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk 4.00 (Four) Crore only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Banks Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified in STD Form e-PW3. f) Tender capacity shall be of Tk. 8.0 (Eight) Crore only. g) All Payment/Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Government. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. h) Other requisite eligibility and conditions of the tender are shown in ITT, GCC, TDS and PCC.
