    Construction-Related Services- Expert Tasks For The Building And Development Of The New Soteke Center. The South Karelia Welfare Area Is Requesting Offers For Expert Tasks For The Acquisition And Development Of The New War Center. The Agreement Also Includes An Option For Expert Tasks To The Project Implementation Phase. The Welfare Area Of ​​South Karelia Builds Two New Buildings For The Hospital Campus With A Total Area Of ​​Approximately 18,000 Brm. The Project Is Two -Step, In The First Phase, Replacing Replacement Facilities For The Demolition Building And A Larger New Project Includes Nutrition And Equipment Maintenance Center And Inpatient Wards. The Procurement And Development Phase Is 12/2025-06/2026.
