The Target Of The Acquisition Is The Cbrne Observation Equipment Based On Ims Technology, As Well As Commissioning, Maintenance And Repair Services For Them. A More Detailed Description Of The Site And The Requirements Of It Is Described In This Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Observation Device Is One Part Of The Detection And Identification System For Hazardous Substances In Customs. The Purpose Of The Observation Device Is To Detect, Tentatively Identify And Warn The Existence Of Dangerous Gaseous Substances In Various Tasks In The Air, And To Preliminary To Identify And Express Dangerous Solid And Liquid Substances. The Subscriber Acquires An Estimated 4-6 Observation Equipment From The Winning Supplier Of The Tender Without A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The Acquisition Includes Additional Procurement Rights In Total. 2 Pieces For The Observation Device. One Supplier Will Be Selected For The Acquisition. The Goal Is That The Contract Period Starts 09/2025. The Agreement Is Valid For An Indefinite Period For The Notice Period Specified In The Contract. Scope Of The Acquisition The Total Value Of The Procurement Contract Period Is Eur 150,000 - Eur 240,000 (Vat 0%) (Incl. Options), Which Is Estimated For The Total Value For A Four -Year Acquisition. The Criteria For Not Dividing The Procurement Are Not Divided Into Parts, As The Content And Entity Of The Acquisition Are Based On The Needs Of The Contracting Entity And The Observation Equipment Now Acquired Form A System For The Detection And Identification Of The Hazardous Substances Of The Contracting Entity. The Contracting Entity Has Competed For C/E Observation Equipment For Different Uses And Environments As Separate Tendering. It Is Justified For The Actual Use Of The Equipment To Be Purchased And The Service They Require And The Maintenance That All The Equipment Come From The Same Supplier. The Contracting Entity Has Estimated That The Division Of The Procurement Could Be Made Technically Too Difficult To Implement The Contract And Increase The Risk Of Incompatibility Of Different Parts. The Distribution Of The Acquisition To Several Suppliers Would Also Increase The Management Costs Of The Contract, Given The Value Of The Contract. The Contracting Entity Considers That The Division Of This Acquisition Into Parts Is Not Functional Economically Appropriate.
