The Contracting Entity, Including The Health And Care Administration In The City Of Copenhagen, Offers Contracts For The Provision Of A Digital Rehabilitation Solution As A Light Benefit In Accordance With The Title Iii Of The Tendering Act, Cf. 3. The First Contract Is Expected To Take Effect On October 1, 2025 And Has An Estimated Maturity Of Up To 4 Years, Including Options On Extension. The Total Estimated Value Of The First Contract - Including Extension Options - Is Dkk 10,000,000 Excl. Vat. The Purpose Of The Supply Is To Acquire A Digital Solution That Supports Rehabilitation Of Citizens With Rehabilitation Needs. The Solution Must Be Ready For Use And Meet A Number Of Requirements, Including Functionality, Data Security And Ease Of Use For Both Citizens And Therapists: --- The Solution Must Be Ready For Use And Meet The Requirements Of The Contract. --- The Digital Rehabilitation Solutions Must Be Ce Approved As Telemedicine Equipment In Denmark. --- The Solutions Training Instructions Must At Least Be Available In Danish And English And Can Advantageously Be Offered In Several Languages. --- The Solution Must Not Require The Installation Of Equipment In The Citizens Homes, Such As Extra Routers, Fixed Screens Or The Like. --- The Digital Rehabilitation Solutions Must Comply With The Applicable Digital Security Regulations From The City Of Copenhagen, Including Requirements For The Conclusion Of A Data Processing Agreement, The Use Of Multifactor Login, Data Storage And Siem Integration. In Addition, The Solution Must Be Able To Assign User Access In Relation To The Organizations Locations. --- It Should Be Possible For The Citizen, After The Termination Of The Health And Care Administrations Treatment Responsibility For The Current Course, To Continue To Use The Solution On His Own Unit For A Minimum Of Six Months Free Of Charge. --- It Should Be Possible For Therapists In The Health And Care Administration To Design And Share Standard Training Programs And Templates. --- It Should Be Possible For Therapists In The Health And Care Administration, With The Consent Of The Citizen, To Record Video Of The Citizens Performance Of Exercises And Use The Recordings As Part Or The Entire Training Program. --- If The Solution Contains A Chat Function, It Must Be Able To Be Disconnected From Centrally. --- It Should Be Possible To Anonymize The Therapist So That Only First Name Is Displayed In Connection With Summons, Chat Functions, Exercise Programs, Etc. --- The Solution Should Be Able To Monitor Exercise Quality And Exercise Efforts On Selected Exercises Using Both 2-Dimensional And 3-Dimensional Monitoring. --- The Solution Must Enable Monitoring Of The Citizens Training Activity With Regard To Both The Volume And The Quality Of The Exercises. --- The Solution Must Use Body-Borne Sensors For Monitoring Exercise Volume And Exercise Quality. --- Monitoring Using Body-Borne Sensors Must Also Be Used By Elderly Citizens With Reduced Vision. --- The Results Of The Monitoring Mentioned In Paragraph 11 Must Be Timely And Available Online (Backend) In An Easily Clear Format Of The Rehabilitation Therapist.
