The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance And Delivery Of Promotional Materials (Gadgets) And The Delivery Of Prizes For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of Competitions Organized As Part Of The Lesser Poland Night Of Scientists 2025 (Mnn 2025). 2. The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Washable Tattoos, 2) Ecologically Packed T -Shirts, 3) Reflective Pendants - Loop, 4) Shopping Bags With Jute, 5) Paper Bags, 6) Sacks With Strings With Reflective Elements, 7) Camera Immediately Evoking Photos, 8) Portable, Wireless Speaker From Devices With Bluetooth Devices E.G. Smartphones, Tablets Or Laptops, 9) Thermal Cups. 3. The Ordered Promotional Materials And Prizes Will Be Used By The Lesser Poland Voivodeship And Event Partners During The Lesser Poland Night Of Scientists, I.E. September 26, 2025. 4. The Order Will Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And To 40 Institutions Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Most With Its Registered Office In Krakow). 5. The Contracting Authority Provides Under This Order The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options. The Rules For The Contracting Authority To Use The Right Options Are Set Out In Annex 1C To Swz - The Contract Template. 6. The Terms Of The Contract Processing And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Entered Into The Public Procurement Contract - Template Of The Contract And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz.
