The Offered Compactor Cannot Be A Prototype And Must Come From Serial Production. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Allowing For Use In The European Union And Meet The Technical Conditions Set Out In The Provisions Of The Applicable Law Of The Republic Of Poland. A Machine Previously Used For Demonstration Purposes Or Signs Of Use Is Not Allowed. The Material And Financial Scope Of The Order Includes: A) The Delivery Of The Compactor To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And The Implementation Of An Operational Sample, B) Training 3 Operators In The Use Of The Provided Compactor, C) Transfer Of Technical Documentation Of The Machine And The Guarantee Document, D) Delivery Of A Set Of Spare Tooth Covers Together With Connecting Elements Or A Set Of Spare Teeth, E). Warranty. Required Year Of Production 2025. Warranty Period For The Compactor: Not Less Than 48 Months Or 8,000 Hours Of Work From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report By The Ordering Party.
