The Subject Of Procurement Is The Service Of Transportation Of Elementary School Students Over Which The Founding Rights Have The City Of Vukovar, For The School Year 2025/2026. The Bidder Is Obliged To Provide Students Transportation Through A Special Line Transport In Accordance With The Attached Costbook And Other Conditions On The Procurement Documentation, From The Place Of Students Residence To The School And Upon Completion Of Teaching From School To Place Of Residence. In The Case Of A Change In The Name, Abolition, Merger, Reorganization Of Individual Schools, Changes In The Founding Rights Over Individual Schools, Or Other Similar Situations, Certain Laws Or Other Regulations In Which There Are Changes In The Scope Of Work And Jurisdiction Of The School And The Client, All Rights And Obligations Related To This Subject Of Procurement And The Concluded Contract On Public Procurement, Exceeding The Legal Agreement.
