The Subject Of This Tender Is The Selection Of The Supplier To Conclude A Framework Agreement To Provide Professional Services In The Field Of Cyber Security Necessary To Ensure The Protection Of Information And Communication Systems Of The Contracting Authority Or Third Parties Through The Contracting Authority, Fulfillment Of Obligations Arising From Act No. 181/2014 Coll. Related Legislation, And To Support Continuously Increasing The Level Of Cyber Resistance To The Organization Of The Contracting Authority And By It Designated Third Parties. The Activities And Services Are Mainly Based On The Provision Of Expert Advice And Expert Activities In The Field Of Cyber Security, Through Specialized Roles Defined In This Tender Documentation. These Activities Include, In Particular, The Design And Optimization Of Safety Architecture, Performing Security Audits And Penetration Tests, Evaluation Of Technical Vulnerabilities, Monitoring And Analysis Of Cyber Threats, Legal Support In Regulatory Requirements, As Well As Other Activities Related And Increasing Cyber Resistance Of Information And Communication Systems Of The Contracting Authorities.
