The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Gases In Boutines Leased From The Contractor For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Earth Sciences And The Environmental Shaping Of The University Of Wrocław, Whose Detailed Description Is In Annex 3 To Swz - Spreadsheet - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Other Gas Than Those Described In The Spreadsheet - Opz As Part Of Additional Orders. 3. The Concise Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Template Of The Contract (Which Constitutes The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Article 134 (1) (20) Of The Ppo), Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. 4. The Order Of The Order Is To Take Place With Due Diligence And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In Swz With Attachments And Possible Information For Contractors. The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Contract At The Stage Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Operation Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer, The Content Of Which Will Allow The Employer To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Swz Content. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Thus, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Spreadsheet - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Constituting Annex 3 To Swz, By Indicating The Unit Price For Each Item And Calculating The Gross Offer Price In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Quantities Given In The Spreadsheet Are Illustrative And Are Used To Provide The Unit Price By The Contractor Necessary To Settle The Contract, As Well As To Calculate The Offer Price In The Offer Form And Calculate The Value Of The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Bid Bond 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Providing Security For The Proper Performance Of The Contract. 8. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Right Of The Option (Including Additional Orders). 9. The Deadline For The Contract: Delivery Will Take Place In Batches, Successively And In Accordance With The Needs Of The Employer, On The Terms Set Out In The Contract, For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of The Contract (Original Date Of The Contract) Or Until The Amount Of The Total Maximum Remuneration Referred To In § 2 Para. 1 Of The Contract, If This Occurs Before The Deadline For Which The Contract Was Concluded. In The Event Of Failure To Endure The Total Value Of The Gross Contract (Value Of An Additional Order, Basic Order, Optional Order) At The Original Date Of The Contract, This Deadline May Be Extended To A Maximum Of 12 Months Pursuant To § 10 Para. 1 Point 1.2 Of The Contract. The Deadline For The Implementation Of Individual Basic And Optional Orders May Not Be Longer Than 2 Business Days From The Date Of The Contracting Party To The Contractor. The Deadline For The Implementation Of Individual Additional Orders Will Be Agreed Individually.
