Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Laboratory Consumables to Bassey Andah Institute of African and Asian Studies Collection of Tender Documents Interested Companies are to Collect Tender Documents from the Office of the Director of Physical Planning, Administrative Building, University of Calabar on Evidence of Payment of a Non-Refundable Tender Fee of 10,000.00 Per Lot, Paid into the Universitys Tsa Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5.0 Submission of Bid Documents Prospective Bidders are to Submit for each of the Lot Desired, Three (3) Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids, Both with Hard and Soft Copies of Financial Bid in Ms Excel Format, Packaged Separately in Sealed Envelopes Addressed to the Director of Procurement, Senate Chamber Building, University of Calabar and Clearly Marked with (the Name of the Project and the Lot Number).
