The Aim Is To Increase Sustainable Employability And To Strengthen The Labor Market Position Of Job Seekers And Workers, In Particular Vulnerable Groups Such As Side Entrants, Re-Entrants, And Status Holders. The Assignment Includes One Integrated Assignment For Delivering Training In All Three Sectors: Care And Welfare, Technology And Construction, And Transport And Logistics, With A Total Budget Of € 1,500,000 Incl. Vat. Trainers Can Register For One Or More Sectors, But Are Rewarded For Versatility In Their Offer. The Courses Must: • Connect Directly To The Current Labor Market Question In The Drechtsteden. • Developing Basic And Professional Skills, Tailored To The Target Group. • Be Free And Accessible For Participants, Partly Due To A Minimal Co -Financing Contribution Of 25% By Trainers.
