The Client Reserves The Right To Conclude The Conclusion Of A Consumables Contract As Part Of The Negotiating Rounds And, If Necessary, To Conclude Within The Framework Of The In Question, If It Turns Out That This Is Necessary For Device Operation. The Client Is Already Reserving The First Offer (Section 114 (3) Bvergg 2018).
