The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Will Assign The Subsequent Public Procurement Contracts To The Framework Agreement Only In Compliance With The Technical And Financial Conditions Established In The Framework Agreement. The First Subsequent Contract Will Be Signed At The Date Of Awarding The Framework Agreement, Following That The Other Subsequent Contracts Will Be According To The Concrete Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The Available Funds. ” The Work Schedule Will Be 24 Hours, From Monday To Friday, Including Legal Holidays.
