Tree-Maintenance Services-Ongoing Maintenance Of The Stand In The Italian District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw In 2026-2027. 11.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Works Involving The Cleaning And Maintenance Of Green Areas Along The Municipal Streets And Emptying Street Baskets In The Italian District In 2025 11.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Works Consisting Of, Among Others On: - Comprehensive Trees Care, - Cutting Trees, - Removing Windbreasts, - Removing Carp, - Removing Roots, - Making Flexible Bonds, - Performing Rigid Bonds, - Performing Slight Technical Cuts, - Planting Trees, - Intervention Watering, - Tanning Of Trees, - Other Care And Cleaning Works. Objects: All Trees, Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Italian District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaw. 11.2.1. The Contracting Authority Plans To Perform No Less Than 50% Of The Total Value Of The Works Listed In The Offer Cost Estimates. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change (Increase Or Reduce) In The Number Of Measures Of Measurement Of Treatments, Given In The Cost Estimates In The Event That During The Implementation Of The Contract, It Is Necessary To Perform A Greater Amount Of A Specific Scope Of Work (At The Cost Of Reducing Another Scope Of Work). The Changes Made In This Way May Not Exceed The Remuneration Of The Contractor Specified For This Purpose: In § 5 Paragraph 2 Of The Contract (Offer Cost Estimate For 2026); In § 5 Para. 3 Contracts (Offer Cost Estimate For 2027). 11.3. Pursuant To § 4 Para. 4 Ppu, The Contractor During The Performance Of The Contract Is Obliged To Meet The Obligations Arising From The Provisions On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels, I.E. Ensure 10 % Share Of Electric Or Natural Gas Vehicles In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Verify The Above Requirement At Every Stage Of Implementation By Demanding Within The Prescribed Period: A List Of Vehicles Used To Perform The Order Or An Appropriate Statement Of The Contractor. At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Also Required To Provide The Vehicles Registration Certificate.
