The Contract To Be Concluded, Includes The Following Activities: A) Design Services, Consisting Of: - Elaboration Of The Necessary Documentation For Obtaining The Approvals/ Agreements/ Authorizations; - Elaboration Of The Technical Project With Execution Details; - Verification Of The Technical Project Carried Out By Project Verifiers Certified For All The Necessary Specialties; - Specifications From The Designer With Specifications For All The Elements Of The Works (If Applicable); - Technical Assistance From The Designer - Elaboration Of As -Built Technical Project. B) Providing Equipment And Software And Related Installation/ Assembly Services For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Project To Be Carried Out, Of The Technical Prescriptions And The Standards In Force. C) Testing D) Commissioning The Detailed Description Is Available In The Study Of Feasibility, Written Parts And Drawn Parts, Which Is Part Of The Documentation Of Award Of The Works Execution Contract, Posted In Seap. In Applying The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) Of Law 98/2016, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, In Conjunction With Art. 103 Para.
