The Service Subject To The Tender, Defined In A Single Lot, Concerns The University Catering Service And Is Characterized By Homogeneity And Uniformity Of The Services Since, In Addition To Being Carried Out In A Single Location (P. Fraccaro College) As Regards The Phase Of The Preparation Of Meals, It Must Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Consolidated Organizational Model That Is Divided Into A Series Of Activities And Services Necessarily Connected And Consequent Completion, As Also Confirmed By The Definitions Found Both In The Single Classification System Of Public Procurement (Cpv Code), And In The Classification System Of Economic Activities (Ateco Code), Therefore, As A Necessarily Unitary Performance Under The Different Profiles That Constitute It, So As Not To Make Any Subdivision Practicable.
