As Part Of This Consultation, The Concessionaire Will Be Held - Disstructioning The Full Management Of The Campsite And The Snack Bar Service - To Take Into Account The Expenses Inherent In The Operation And General Lentretian Of The Site It Will Be Remunerated Directly On Users Within The Framework Of A Management At Its Risk. - Duration Of The Concession: From 15 To 20 Years (Depending On The Duration Of The Investments Carried Out By The Concessionaire) - Royalty: In Return For The Provision Of The Site, The Concessionaire Will Pay The Community A Fee; Its Amount Will Be Proposed In Loffre Of Candidates And Will Be Variable With A Part Of The Daffitary Figure Made.
