During The Entire Period Of The Contract, The Service Provider Is The Only One Responsible For The Distribution Of Human And Technical Resources (Materials Necessary For Cleaning And Ignoring The Building --1, 2 And 3), So As To Ensure The Quality Of The Services In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications And Compliance With The Contractual Clauses. The Contracting Authority/Purchaser Has The Right To Request The Service Provider Proof Of Providing Minimally Requested Human And Technical Resources Both At The Beginning And During The Entire Period Of The Contract. The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Provide The Services To The Standards And Performances Presented In The Technical Proposal And The Specification, Annexes To The Contract. The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Perform The Services Provided In The Contract With The Professionalism And Promptness Due To The Committed Commitment And In Accordance With The Technical Proposal, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Supervise The Provision Of Services, To Provide Human Resources, Materials, Installations, Equipment And Any Other, Either Of A Provisional Or Definitive Nature, Required By And For The Contract. The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Comply With The Regulations Regarding The Working Conditions And The Protection Of Labor And, As The Case May Be, The International Standards Approved On The Labor Force, The Conventions Regarding The Freedom Of Association And The Collective Negotiations, The Elimination Of Forced And Obligatory Work, The Elimination Of The Discrimination Regarding The Employment And Employment Of The Labor Force And The Abolition Of The Labor. The Provider Will Have The Obligation To Respect And Submit To All The Laws And Regulations In Force In Romania And It Will Be Ensured That His Staff, Employee Or Contracted By Him, His Management, His Subordinates, Will Also Respect And Submit To The Same Laws And Regulations.
