The Public Procurement Aims To Execute The Works For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Construction Of The Research Center For Intelligent Management Of Multiple Integral Use Of Vegetable Genetic Resources During The Agri-Food Chain, For The Benefit And With The Involvement Of The Community (Project (O) Nest, Smis Code: 335392), Financed By The North-East Regional Program 2021-2027. The Main Objective Of This Acquisition Is To Create A Modern And Functional Research-Development Center, Which Supports The Innovation And Competitiveness Of The Vegetable Sector In The North-East Region. The Contract Includes Complex Works Of Construction And Installations, Mounting Technological Equipment, Exterior Arrangements And Site Organization. The Estimated Value Of The Execution Contract Is 22,353,028.79 Lei, Excluding Vat, With The Following Breakdown: • Land Arrangement: 878,749.55 Lei • Constructions And Installations: 19.065,884.44 Lei • Equipment, Technological And Functional Equipment That Requires Assembly: 2.258,394.80 Lei: Works Include: • Demolition Of The Existing Metal Greenhouse For The Preparation Of The Land; • Construction Of The Main Building With Four Levels And Specialized Laboratories; • Construction Of Research Greenhouses Covered With Glass And Tunnel Types Covered With Foil; • Exterior Arrangements (Roads, Alleys, Green Spaces, Parking); • Mounting Of Technical Installations (Thermal, Ventilation, Electrical, Protection And Monitoring). The Executor Is Obliged To Respect The Principle Do Not Signify Harm (Dnsh), To Manage The Waste In A Durable Way, Ensuring A Minimum Percentage Of 70% For Reuse And Recycling, And To Provide The Complete Technical Documentation Regarding The Execution Of The Works. The Purchase Contributes Significantly To The Sustainable Development Of The Region, Supporting Advanced Research, Environmental Protection And Increasing The Competitiveness Of Local Agriculture.
