Expression of Interest for Provision of Office Stationeries for Eacop Ltd in Tanzania. Supply of Office Stationery: Provision of high-quality, standard-compliant office stationery items such as paper products, writing instruments, files and folders, toners, desk organizers, and other general office consumables, in accordance with specifications provided by EACOP ltd. On-Demand Delivery: Delivery of ordered items shall be made to EACOP lids designated offices within three (3) working days of receipt of a valid purchase order. The supplier must ensure consistent stock availability to support prompt fulfillment. Quality Assurance and Compliance: All items delivered must meet the required technical and quality specifications. EACOP Ltd reserves the right to reject and return any items that do not conform to the specified standards or are delivered in a damaged condition, at the suppliers expense. Packaging and Handling: The supplier shall ensure that all items are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transport. Proper labelling and documentation shall accompany all deliveries. Contract Duration: The contract will be valid for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Replacement Policy: The supplier shall promptly replace, at no additional cost, any defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered during the contract period.
