Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Video Production on the Impact (Economic, Social, and Environmental Impacts) In the last five years, Morodok has received technical and funding support from BfdW, Felm, and WWF-Cambodia to implement an integrated project, with the goal that Communities in the coastal area of south-western Cambodia are more resilient through improved livelihoods, natural resources management, and disaster risk reduction. WWF Cambodia has funded Morodok since 2021, with the current project period being October 2023 to September 2025, to implement a project called Leading the Change (LtC) with the following objectives (outcomes): 1-CSOs organizational development and engagement with decision-makers CSOs have enhanced institutional capacity and strengthened technical capacity for sustainable natural resource management, inclusive conservation, and implementation of human rights-based approaches. CSOs drive change towards inclusive conservation, good governance of natural resources, enhanced civic space, and improved human wellbeing through advocacy, engagement with policy makers, and networking and by using a representative voice. 2-Rights-holders awareness, capacity and engagement Rights holders, in particular indigenous peoples, women, youth and marginalised groups are aware of their rights, empowered to act, and have the capacity to claim their rights. Rights holders, in particular indigenous peoples, women, youth and marginalised groups organise and engage in sustainable natural resource governance and management, influence decision-making processes, and benefit equitably from natural resources. 3-Duty bearers capacity and engagement Duty bearers have enhanced capacity to sustainably govern natural resources and protect the environment, fulfil human rights, and facilitate participatory decision-making processes.
