According To Art. 117 And Art. 118 Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Conclude A Framework Agreement When The Realization Of Repeated Acquisitions Is Required. The Framework Agreement Offers Flexibility In Carrying Out Procurement, The Possibility Of Adapting To The Evolution Of The Institutions Needs And Increased Efficiency In The Use Of Public Funds. During The 2 Years, The Hospital Will Be Able To Carry Out Subsequent Contracts According To The Monthly Product Needs, Avoiding The Risk Of Blocking The Food Process Due To Lack Of Suppliers Or Procedural Delays. In Addition, More Favorable Economic Conditions And Coherent Budget Planning Can Be Obtained.
